Despite rumors of financial woes, Lindsay Lohan her sister Ali Lohan and some friends shopped the day away in Beverly Hills, CA on April 14, 2010. The actress obviously needs more than just some retail therapy as she was looking quite worse for ware with stringy hair and pale face.
