Mariah Carey Feels The Love
Mariah Carey has felt nothing but love from the public, ever since she announced her pregnancy to the world. The singer, who is expecting twins, with husband Nick Cannon says that people’s good wishes have been a huge boost to her during the pregnancy.
“Obviously I’m very thankful for this moment. Since Nick and I made our announcement, people have been very congratulatory.
“We didn’t really want to talk about this yet, but I’m in the public eye and really didn’t have a choice.
“So I’m just thankful I can go through this time and feel a lot of warmth. It’s restored my faith in people a bit.”I’m so excited for these little ones to be born. For some reason I’m getting the feeling that they’re going to be tiny little diva babies! I can’t wait to see how Maria and Nick dress them once they’ve made their big arrival.

The “Always Be My Baby” songstress smiled and waved to fans who had gathered outside her luxurious hotel as she made her exit.
In related news, Mariah is still in negotiations to become a judge on “American Idol” for the upcoming season. A source leaked, “She wants it. She’s seen what America’s Got Talent has done for [hubby Nick Cannon] and thinks it will be a good career move.”
Additionally, Ms. Carey is planning to release a holiday album this winter. It will feature six new songs, as well as holiday favorites and a new mix of “All I Want For Christmas is You.” (celebspin)

Mariah Carey shares that her pregnancy hasn’t changed her healthy eating habits, but it is changing her plans for the holidays. The mom-to-be shared with Extra that she and Nick won’t be ringing in the New Year in Aspen, as they have done in the past:
“I can’t go there this year because of the altitude,” she says. “We’re figuring it out. Looking at different options.”
Mariah shared that her eating habits have remained healthy so far:
My taste bud situation is unparalleled…” she says. “I don’t know what it is, but I’m just about fruit for some reason. It has to be really good for me to like it.”Mariah reportedly slipped up and referred to her baby as “they”, which caused a flurry of rumors stating that she’s expecting twins. The singer didn’t do anything to confirm or deny it, simply saying:
“I’m not telling anyone!”Good way to keep everyone guessing.

“I just hope that they don’t turn out hating Christmas!”Mariah Carey COULD be trying to avoid saying the gender of her child of course, but most outlets are agreeing that this was a slip up.
What do you think? Did Mariah Carey just admit that she’s having twins with Nick Cannon? It’s definitely a possibility! Considering the fact that the singer – who announced her pregnancy last month - isn’t going to hire a nanny, I’d say she is going to have her hand FULL.

After months of tabloid-speculation and endless ‘is she or isn’t she…?’, Mariah Carey recently revealed that yes, she is pregnant. The diva says that her weight gain was mostly caused by progesterone:
“I put my body through like a whole kind of cleansing kind of situation and prepared.”“I had to be on progesterone. I did end up being on progesterone like every month to go through the cycles — especially after going through the operations and stuff.
“And then, you know, because it sort of helps seal the pregnancy, but it also bloats you, it also puts on weight,” she added. “So then everybody was like, ‘Oh the weight gain, she’s definitely pregnant!’ And I’m like, ‘Well, at some point I was.”
… says Mariah in a recent interview.
