Eva and Zoe in Graphic Prints

Last night, the 2011 Independent Spirit Awards was held in California. Actresses Eva Mendes and Zoe Saldana are both known for their impeccable styles, and they did not disappoint this evening either. Both opted for dresses in graphic prints, worn with colourful heels and large statement rings. Eva Mendes chose a dress from Chanel's S/S 2011 collection and teamed it together with turquoise heels by Pierre Hardy and a Le Vian ring.

Zoe Saldana wore a dress by Dolce & Gabbana from their S/S 2011 collection. A pair of orange Brian Atwood pumps decorated her feet, and her accessories for the evening was a clutch by Bottega Veneta and Piaget jewelry.

Such Great Heights: Gap Design Editions by Pierre Hardy Neutral Floral Bow Wedges

Were I to even attempt to walk in these neutral wedges -- they're part of Gap Design Editions by Pierre Hardy's collection -- I think I'd tumble. I think I'd lay down and almost die. That is a FIVE AND A HALF INCH WEDGE we're talking about. But if you have enough ankle control, coordination and luck, have at it. I never get sick of that sophisticated putty color.

The Highs And Very Low Lows Of Cut-Out Heels

I'm truly not the biggest fan of cut-out shoes, especially when they're not sandals; the exception, however, would be Loeffler Randall's cut-out pumps, platforms, booties, and various iterations:
